Each time you donate or shop, you are providing a “hand up” to your neighbors with barriers to employment.

Despite the pandemic in 2020, we were able to newly hire more than 275 individuals. Below is a representation of their geographic locations.

All of these services are made available free of charge thanks to community support.

Total cost savings provided to individuals in 2020 is estimated to be $5,331,360 in education, training, and coaching costs.

Individuals with barriers to employment are statistically in need of financial and career readiness support.

These services are made completely free of charge to individuals in our communities,
saving each person over $13,000 in training and coaching costs based on current averages.
